Udang Lemak (Prawns In Rich Coconut Sauce)

Recipe Ingredients

18   Raw prawns - peeled and veined
2 tablespoons 30mlCoconut powder
1 tablespoon 15mlChile sauce
2 teaspoons 10mlFish sauce
1 teaspoon 5mlSugar - (in the fish sauce)
1   Beef tomato - sliced
1   Spring onion - thinly sliced

Recipe Instructions

In a very hot wok heat one tablespoon of oil and add the onion and tomato, stir for a few minutes and add the prawns, cook them until they turn red.

Add the chile and fish sauce (with the sugar in) and bring them to the boil. Finally stir in the coconut powder.
