Udang Lemak (Prawns In Rich Coconut Sauce) Recipe - Cooking Index
18 | Raw prawns - peeled and veined | |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Coconut powder |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Chile sauce |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Fish sauce |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Sugar - (in the fish sauce) |
1 | Beef tomato - sliced | |
1 | Spring onion - thinly sliced |
In a very hot wok heat one tablespoon of oil and add the onion and tomato, stir for a few minutes and add the prawns, cook them until they turn red.
Add the chile and fish sauce (with the sugar in) and bring them to the boil. Finally stir in the coconut powder.
