Flesh of one papaya | ||
Flesh of one mango | ||
1 | Fresh ginger - peeled and finely chopped | |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Runny honey |
250 | Double cream |
Blend all the ingredients, except the cream, until smooth.
Whip the cream to a soft peak and fold in 1/3 of the puree.
Layer into long glasses and serve with crisp biscuits.
