Thai Coconut Rice Recipe - Cooking Index
1 cup | 160g / 5.6oz | Thai Kitchen select harvest jasmine rice |
3/4 cup | 177ml | Thai Kitchen pure coconut milk |
5 | Fresh ginger - peeled | |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Salt |
Bring to boil water, coconut milk, ginger slices, and salt.
Add rice, cover and reduce heat. Simmer for 20 minutes.
Remove from heat and let stand for an additional 7 minutes.
Fluff with a fork.
