Thai Barbeque Marinade Recipe - Cooking Index
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Fish sauce |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Rice wine - or sherry |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Sesame oil |
4 tablespoons | 60ml | Sugar |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Chopped garlic |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Freshly grated ginger |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Honey |
Mix in a food processor or with a whisk, coat meat, leave to marinade overnight (or at least 6 hours).
Grill meat over hot coals for several minutes. Do not overcook.
