Tahu Goreng With Kecap Manis Bedas (Fried Bean Curd) Recipe - Cooking Index
2 | Tofu - (bean curd) | |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Oil |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Sweet soy sauce |
1 | Blended chile | |
2 | Coriander - chopped | |
2 | Spring onion - chopped |
Shallow fry the bean curd with 1 tsp of oil until light brown for 2 minutes. Add blended chile together with coriander and spring onions in a bowl.
Stir the ingredients together and pour on top of the bean curd. Lastly, add the sweet soy sauce.
