Sweet And Sour Fish Sauce ( Prik Naam Plaa ) Recipe - Cooking Index
4 tablespoons | 60ml | Clove garlic - finely chopped (medium) |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Fish sauce - (naam plaa) |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Hot red chili or cayenne pepper flakes - crushed** |
1/2 cup | 99g / 3.5oz | White sugar |
1 cup | 237ml | Warm water |
6 tablespoons | 90ml | Fresh lime juice |
**To make it authentic, you should use Thai Prik Kii Nuu (Mouse Shit Peppers)
Combine all the ingredients in a small bowl and stir well. Serve at room temperature.
