4 tablespoons | 60ml | Vegetable oil |
3 | Garlic cloves - crushed | |
2 | Tomatoes - cut into wedges | |
4 oz | 113g | Deep-fried tofu - cubed |
1 lb | 454g / 16oz | Bean sprouts |
2 | Red chilies - sliced | |
1/4 cup | 15g / 0.5oz | Green onion - chopped |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Salt |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Pepper |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Vegetarian oyster sauce |
4 tablespoons | 60ml | Cilantro leaves - chopped |
Heat the oil in a wok & stir-fry the garlic until brown. Add the tomatoes, tofu, bean sprouts, chilies, onion, salt, pepper & oyster sauce. Stir-fry for 2 minutes. Serve hot, garnished with the cilantro.
