Singha Naked Shrimp Salad Thai Style

Recipe Ingredients

5 tablespoons 75mlShrimp (large)
1 tablespoon 15mlFish sauce
1 tablespoon 15mlLime juice
1 tablespoon 15mlSliced onion
1 tablespoon 15mlShredded carrots
1 tablespoon 15mlChinese parsley
  OR cilantro
1 tablespoon 15mlFresh mint leaves
1/4 teaspoon 1.3mlDiced lemon grass
1/4 teaspoon 1.3mlMinced garlic
1   Sugar
1   Chili pepper
  Fresh lettuce
  Fresh tomatoes
  Fresh cucumber slices

Recipe Instructions

Grill or boil shrimp until just cooked and then slice them in half. Set aside.

Make dressing by combining lime juice, fish sauce, lemon grass, garlic sugar, and chili pepper. Add shrimp, Chinese parsley, shredded carrot, mint leaves, cucumber and tomato t dressing and combine. Serve on a bed of fresh lettuce.

*Omit or substitute low-sodium soy sauce.
