Perfect Jasmine Rice Recipe - Cooking Index
2 cups | 320g / 11oz | Jasmine rice |
2 1/2 cups | 592ml | ; water |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Fresh cilantro; chopped optional |
Rinse rice in cool water and drain.
In a deep saucepan, bring rice and water to a boil over high heat. Cover, reduce heat to low and simmer until rice is tender, about 20 minutes. Remove from heat.
Fluff rice with a fork, cover and let steam for 10 minutes.
Garnish with cilantro and serve hot.
