Peanut Sauce (Naam Jeem Satay) Recipe - Cooking Index
1 3/4 cups | 414ml | Coconut milk |
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Sugar |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Red curry paste |
1 cup | 237ml | Ground roasted peanuts |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Fish sauce - (naam plaa) |
Combine all the ingredients in a medium saucepan and simmer for 15 minutes, stirring constantly. Makes 2-1/2 cups.
