3 tablespoons 45mlSugar
2 tablespoons 30mlRed curry paste
1 cup 237mlGround roasted peanuts
1/4 cup 59mlFish sauce - (naam plaa)

Recipe Instructions

Combine all the ingredients in a medium saucepan and simmer for 15 minutes, stirring constantly. Makes 2-1/2 cups.
