1/2 cup | 118ml | Italian dressing |
2 1/2 lbs | 1135g / 40oz | Fryer-broiler chicken |
Mix sauce and dressing. Place chicken, skin-side down, on greased grill over low coals. Grill over indirect heat uncovered 50 to 60 minutes or until tender (165F internal temperature), brushing frequently with sauce during last 30 minutes, turning occasionally.
