| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Oriental sesame oil | 
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Cognac - whiskey or wine | 
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Chopped lemon grass | 
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Green onion scallion; or spring onion - minced | 
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Coconut milk | 
Broiling over charcoal is a common Thai cooking method which gives meat a distinctive flavor.
Boneless pieces of pork threaded onto skewers can be substituted for the chops in a delicious variation of this recipe.
Mix marinade ingredients.
Marinate pork chops for at least 4 hours.
Grill over medium coals until just beyond pinkish. Do not over cook.
