Kluay Bwarchee Recipe - Cooking Index
6 | Green bananas - peeled, cut into rou | |
1 cup | 237ml | Coconut cream |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Orange flower water - optional |
1/2 cup | 80g / 2.8oz | Palm or brown sugar |
1 | Salt | |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Cinnamon |
1. Combine all ingredients except cinnamon in a saucepan and bring to a rolling boil.
2. Reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes.
3. Place in a serving bowl and sprinkle with cinnamon. Serve hot.
