Fried Prawns With Chile Oil And Mouli

Recipe Ingredients

2 tablespoons 30mlVegetable oil
2   Garlic cloves - finely chopped
8   Raw king prawns - peeled and de-veined
1 tablespoon 15mlGrilled chile oil - (chiu chow)
120   Mouli - finely diced
1 tablespoon 15mlLight soy sauce
2 tablespoons 30mlFish sauce
1 teaspoon 5mlSugar

Recipe Instructions

In a wok or frying pan, heat the oil and fry the garlic until golden brown. Add the chiles and stir, then add the prawns and stir well.

Add the remaining ingredients in turn, stirring constantly. When the sugar has been stirred in, turn on to a dish and serve.
