Fried Prawns With Chile Oil And Mouli Recipe - Cooking Index
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Vegetable oil |
2 | Garlic cloves - finely chopped | |
8 | Raw king prawns - peeled and de-veined | |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Grilled chile oil - (chiu chow) |
120 | Mouli - finely diced | |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Light soy sauce |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Fish sauce |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Sugar |
In a wok or frying pan, heat the oil and fry the garlic until golden brown. Add the chiles and stir, then add the prawns and stir well.
Add the remaining ingredients in turn, stirring constantly. When the sugar has been stirred in, turn on to a dish and serve.
