Curried Shrimp - Goong Pad Pong Garee

2 tablespoons 30mlOil
3   Minced garlic cloves
8 oz 227gShrimp - shelled, deveined
1 teaspoon 5mlCurry powder
2 tablespoons 30mlFish sauce - (nam pla)
1 tablespoon 15mlOyster sauce
1 1/2 tablespoons 22mlSugar
1/4 cup 59mlSlivered green bell pepper
1/4 cup 59mlSlivered red bell pepper
1/4 cup 10g / 0.4ozSweet basil leaves
1/4 cup 15g / 0.5ozSliced onions

Recipe Instructions

The subtle flavor of the curry compliments the fresh flavor of the shrimp very well in this quick and easy recipe.

Heat a large skillet and add the oil, garlic and shrimp. Saute for 1 minute. Add all the other ingredients and cook for 2 minutes.

Serve with steamed jasmine rice.
