Beef Shredded With Garlic And Peppercorns Recipe - Cooking Index
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Vegetable oil |
| 4 | Garlic cloves - thinly sliced | |
| 240 | Lean tender steak | |
| 1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Ground white pepper |
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Fish sauce |
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Light soy sauce |
| 2 | Stems of fresh whole green peppercorns | |
| 1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Sugar |
In a wok or frying pan, heat the oil and fry the garlic until brown and crispy. Remove the garlic with a slotted spoon or sieve and set aside.
Fry the whole piece of steak to taste. Remove the steak and slice thinly. Place in a bowl and add all the other ingredients, pulling the peppercorns off the stems.
Add the crispy garlic, mix thoroughly, turn on to a dish and serve.
