1/2 cup | 118ml | Sliced fresh mushrooms |
1 | Green onion - sliced | |
1 | Tomato - chopped (medium) | |
2 | Bacon - cooked, crumbled | |
1 | Hard-cooked egg - chopped | |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Shredded Parmesan cheese |
Honey and Bacon Dressing | ||
2 | Bacon - cooked, crumbled | |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Honey |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Vinegar |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Olive oil |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Yellow or spicy brown mustard |
Combine the first seven ingredients in a large bowl. In a small bowl, whisk together dressing ingredients; pour over salad. Serve immediately.
