Spinach Salad With Honey And Bacon Dressing

Recipe Ingredients

2 cups	474ml	Torn fresh spinach
1/2 cup	118ml	Sliced fresh mushrooms
1		Green onion - sliced
1		Tomato - chopped (medium)
2		Bacon - cooked, crumbled
1		Hard-cooked egg - chopped
1 tablespoon	15ml	Shredded Parmesan cheese
		Honey and Bacon Dressing
2		Bacon - cooked, crumbled
2 tablespoons	30ml	Honey
1 tablespoon	15ml	Vinegar
2 tablespoons	30ml	Olive oil
1 teaspoon	5ml	Yellow or spicy brown mustard

Recipe Instructions

Combine the first seven ingredients in a large bowl. In a small bowl, whisk together dressing ingredients; pour over salad. Serve immediately.
