Spicy Arizona Chicken Wings Recipe - Cooking Index
Perfect with Wolfgang's Country Tomato and Basil Soup.

1/2 cup | 118ml | Yogurt |
1/4 cup | 15g / 0.5oz | Cornmeal |
1/4 cup | 36g / 1.3oz | Dry breadcrumbs |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Chili powder |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Ground cumin |
1 | Cayenne | |
Salt - to taste |
Turn the oven to 425 degrees. Toss the wings in the yogurt until coated evenly. Mix the remaining ingredients in a small bowl and dredge the wings through this mixture.
Place wings in a baking pan and bake them for half an hour, turning them once, until they're golden brown in color.
This recipe yields 3 servings.
