Pink And Yellow Salad Recipe - Cooking Index
This is the perfect salad to accompany Wolfgang's Chicken with Egg Noodles or Chicken with Sweet Corn Soup.

1 cup | 237ml | Shredded white cabbage |
1/4 cup | 15g / 0.5oz | Frozen or fresh sweetcorn |
2 oz | 56g | Cream cheese |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Heavy cream |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Ketchup |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Lemon juice |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Paprika |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Worcestershire Sauce |
Hot pepper sauce - to taste | ||
Salt - to taste | ||
Freshly-ground black pepper - to taste |
Wash the lettuce and dry it thoroughly. Tear it into one-inch squares. Mix the lettuce, radishes, cabbage and corn in a bowl and split them onto two serving plates.
Place the cheese, cream and ketchup in a small bowl and mix together with a fork. Add a squirt of lemon juice, the paprika, Worcestershire sauce and as much hot pepper sauce as you enjoy. Taste it, adjust it if necessary, and serve alongside the salad.
