Mushroom And Tomato Salad Recipe - Cooking Index
Soup and Salad. Perfect partners. Especially if you try this recipe with Wolfgang's Spicy Seven Bean with Italian Sausage Soup.

2 teaspoons | 10ml | Lemon juice |
1 | Salt | |
1 | Freshly-ground black pepper | |
2 cups | 474ml | Sliced fresh mushrooms |
1 cup | 62g / 2.2oz | Halved cherry tomatoes |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Chopped chives |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Sesame seeds - toasted |
2 | Lettuce leaves |
In a large bowl, whisk together oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Add mushrooms; toss to coat. Chill for at least 1 hour.
Just before serving, stir in tomatoes and chives; sprinkle with sesame seeds. Serve on a lettuce leaf.
