Tangerine Sherbet Recipe - Cooking Index
A perfect light and refreshing dish for a summer evening or as an intermezzo for a grand dinner. This is the perfect recipe for the beginner cook to make a gourmet dessert. I would serve it on a biscotti with fresh berries. And, of course, you can use other fruit such as lemon, lime or grapefruit if tangerines aren't available.
Courses: Dessert3 cups | 711ml | Tangerine juice - (abt 18 tangerines) |
