Blood Orange Granita Recipe - Cooking Index
4 cups | 948ml | Blood orange juice |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Lemon juice |
1/4 cup | 82g / 2.9oz | Simple Syrup - (see recipe) |
1/8 teaspoon | 0.6ml | Finely-ground black pepper |
Sugar - to taste |
Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl. Adjust sugar to taste. Pour liquid into large shallow stainless steel pan and place in freezer. When frozen, scrape with fork until fluffy and serve, as desired.
This recipe yields 6 servings.
