Spicy Tortellini Stew Recipe - Cooking Index
| 2 cups | 474ml | Mushrooms - sliced | 
| 1 cup | 62g / 2.2oz | Onions - chopped | 
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Olive oil | 
| 1 | Garlic - minced | |
| 2 cups | 125g / 4.4oz | Stewed tomatoes - chopped | 
| 1 | Water | |
| 1 | Tomato sauce - (8 oz) | |
| 1/2 cup | 118ml | Salsa | 
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Basil | 
| 1 | Cheese tortellini - (9 oz) uncooked | 
In a skillet, combine mushrooms, onions, oil, and garlic. Cover and simmer until mushrooms are tender, stirring once. Add remaining ingredients except tortellini.
Mix well.
Re-cover, for 10 to 15 minutes or until mixture is hot and flavors are blended, stirring once. Add tortellini. Re-cover and heat until tortellini are tender, stirring once.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
