| 1 cup | 237ml | Fresh mushrooms - sliced 1/2" |
| 2 teaspoons | 10ml | Basil leaves |
| 1 cup | 62g / 2.2oz | Onions - (2 med.), chopped |
| 1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Oregano leaves |
| 1 cup | 237ml | Pitted ripe olives |
| 1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Pepper |
| Sliced 1/2" | ||
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Country-style dijon mustard |
| 1/2 cup | 73g / 2.6oz | Fresh parsley - chopped |
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Fresh garlic minced |
| 1 cup | 237ml | Water |
| 3 oz | 85g | Sliced pepperoni |
| 2 | Stewed tomatoes - (14.5oz ea) |
Cook spaghetti according to package directions; drain. Meanwhile, in 3-qt. saucepan combine all ingredients except pepperoni.
Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until sauce is thickened (15 to 20 minutes). Stir in pepperoni; continue cooking until heated through (4 to 5 minutes).
Serve over spaghetti.
