Vegan Ranch Dressing

Recipe Ingredients

6 oz 170gMori-Nu silken style tofu - firm or extra firm
1/4 cup 59mlSoy Mayonnaise - (see recipe)
1/4 cup 15g / 0.5ozFinely-chopped green onion
3 tablespoons 45mlWater
4 teaspoons 20mlLemon juice
1 tablespoon 15mlFreshly-chopped parsley
1 tablespoon 15mlFreshly-chopped dill
1 tablespoon 15mlTamari
  = (or soy sauce or Bragg Liquid Aminos)
1 1/2 teaspoons 7.5mlMinced garlic
  Salt - to taste
  Freshly-ground black pepper - to taste
1   Cayenne pepper

Recipe Instructions

In a blender or food processor, combine all of the ingredients, and process until smooth. Transfer to an airtight container and store in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.

Use as a dressing, dip, spread, or mayonnaise substitute in your favorite recipes.

This recipe yields 1 3/4 cups.
