Vegan Ranch Dressing Recipe - Cooking Index
| 6 oz | 170g | Mori-Nu silken style tofu - firm or extra firm |
| 1/4 cup | 59ml | Soy Mayonnaise - (see recipe) |
| 1/4 cup | 15g / 0.5oz | Finely-chopped green onion |
| 3 tablespoons | 45ml | Water |
| 4 teaspoons | 20ml | Lemon juice |
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Freshly-chopped parsley |
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Freshly-chopped dill |
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Tamari |
| = (or soy sauce or Bragg Liquid Aminos) | ||
| 1 1/2 teaspoons | 7.5ml | Minced garlic |
| Salt - to taste | ||
| Freshly-ground black pepper - to taste | ||
| 1 | Cayenne pepper |
In a blender or food processor, combine all of the ingredients, and process until smooth. Transfer to an airtight container and store in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
Use as a dressing, dip, spread, or mayonnaise substitute in your favorite recipes.
This recipe yields 1 3/4 cups.
