Herbes De Provence Dressing Recipe - Cooking Index
1/4 cup | 59ml | Olive oil |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Red wine vinegar |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Freshly-chopped parsley |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Minced garlic |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Herbes de Provence |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Sea salt |
1/8 teaspoon | 0.6ml | Freshly-ground black pepper |
In a small bowl, place all of the ingredients, and whisk well to combine.
Use as a sauce for sandwiches or salads, or to add flavor to grains, pasta, or vegetable side dishes.
This recipe yields 1/3 cup.
