Herbal Red Wine Vinaigrette Recipe - Cooking Index
1/3 cup | 78ml | Red wine vinegar |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Dijon mustard |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Minced garlic |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Salt |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Freshly-ground black pepper |
1/4 cup | 36g / 1.3oz | Freshly-chopped parsley |
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Freshly-chopped basil |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Freshly-chopped chives |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Freshly-chopped mint |
3/4 cup | 177ml | Olive oil |
In a small bowl, combine the red wine vinegar, mustard, garlic, salt, and pepper, and whisk well to combine. Stir in the herbs. Drizzle in the olive oil while whisking constantly, until the vinaigrette is emulsified.
This recipe yields 2 cups.
