Sweet Apple Cider-Nut Milk

Recipe Ingredients

6 cups 1422mlSweet apple cider - well chilled
1 1/2 cups 139g / 4.9ozBlanched almonds - finely ground
1/4 cup 59mlBrazil nuts - finely ground
1 1/2 teaspoons 7.5mlVanilla
1 teaspoon 5mlCinnamon
3/4 teaspoon 3.8mlNutmeg

Recipe Instructions

In a blender or food processor, combine all of the ingredients, and blend for 2 minutes. Strain the mixture through a sieve to remove any lumps.

Serve as a beverage or use as a non-dairy milk substitute in your favorite recipes. Stores in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.

This recipe yields 6 servings.
