Kentucky Blues BBQ Sauce Recipe - Cooking Index
1/2 cup | 118ml | Tomato paste |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Cider vinegar |
1/3 cup | 109g / 3.8oz | Maple syrup |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Jack Daniels |
= (or bourbon) | ||
1/4 cup | 59ml | Tamari |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Olive oil |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Minced garlic |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Minced ginger |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Dry mustard |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Freshly-ground black pepper |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Cayenne pepper |
Combine all ingredients in a food processor or blender and puree until smooth. Place in a sealed jar and keep refrigerated for up to 2 weeks.
This recipe yields 2 cups.
