Garlic And Herb Marinade Recipe - Cooking Index
1/4 cup | 59ml | Water |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Lemon juice |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Olive oil |
1/4 cup | 36g / 1.3oz | Freshly-chopped basil |
1/4 cup | 36g / 1.3oz | Freshly-chopped parsley |
4 teaspoons | 20ml | Minced garlic |
Sea salt - to taste | ||
Freshly-ground black pepper - to taste |
In a small bowl, place all of the ingredients, season to taste with salt and pepper, and whisk well to combine. Transfer the mixture to an airtight container and store in the refrigerator.
Use as a marinade or dressing, or to add flavor to sauces, salads, grains, or other side dishes.
This recipe yields 1 cup.
