Banana Smoothie

Recipe Ingredients

2   Ripe bananas (small)
1/2   Frozen orange juice concentrate - - (8 oz can)
2 tablespoons 30mlFirm tofu
2 tablespoons 30mlProtein powder

Recipe Instructions

Place all ingredients and 1 1/4 cups water in tall pitcher. Using immersion blender, process until smooth.

Pour into a tall glass and serve.
