Banana Smoothie Recipe - Cooking Index
2 | Ripe bananas (small) | |
1/2 | Frozen orange juice concentrate - - (8 oz can) | |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Firm tofu |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Protein powder |
Place all ingredients and 1 1/4 cups water in tall pitcher. Using immersion blender, process until smooth.
Pour into a tall glass and serve.
Per Serving: 320 Cal; 12g Prot; 4g Total Fat (1 Sat. Fat); 16g Carb.; 63mg Chol; 446mg Sod.; 4g Fiber.
