Sweet Potato Beginnings Recipe - Cooking Index
2 | Sweet potatoes or yams - baked, cooled | |
2 | Bananas - sliced (medium) | |
1 | Apple - cored, chopped (medium) | |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Ground cinnamon |
Peel and chop sweet potatoes. Add to medium bowl along with bananas and apples and gently mix well.
Serve sprinkled with cinnamon.
