Spaghetti With Garlic And Oil - 1 Recipe - Cooking Index
1/4 cup | 59ml | Olive oil |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Butter |
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Garlic - chopped |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Fresh parsley - chopped |
1/2 cup | 118ml | White wine |
Salt and pepper to taste | ||
1 lb | 454g / 16oz | Thin spaghetti; cooked - hot |
Parmesan cheese |
Melt the butter in olive oil. Add garlic and sauteefor 5 minutes on low. Add wine and simmer for 5 minutes. Toss with pasta and garnish with parsley.
Serve hot with grated cheese on the side. Serve with crusty bread and salad.
