Sun Juice Recipe - Cooking Index
Store-bought juice is watery compared to the juice you squeeze yourself, so roll up your sleeves. This thick, blushing eye-opener is worth it. It's a great way to use even bananas that have turned totally black, since the riper the banana, the creamier your juice will be.

1 | Wedge very ripe papaya - (abt 1") - cut small chunks | |
1 | Overripe large banana - cut 1" pieces | |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Grated fresh ginger |
1 | Ice cube |
Squeeze juice from oranges and pour into blender; there should be about 3/4 cup. Add papaya, banana, ginger and ice. Blend until ice is crushed and mixture is creamy and golden. Pour into tall glass and serve.
