Sun Juice

Store-bought juice is watery compared to the juice you squeeze yourself, so roll up your sleeves. This thick, blushing eye-opener is worth it. It's a great way to use even bananas that have turned totally black, since the riper the banana, the creamier your juice will be.

Recipe Ingredients

4 cups 948mlJuice oranges (medium)
1   Wedge very ripe papaya - (abt 1") - cut small chunks
1   Overripe large banana - cut 1" pieces
1 teaspoon 5mlGrated fresh ginger
1   Ice cube

Recipe Instructions

Squeeze juice from oranges and pour into blender; there should be about 3/4 cup. Add papaya, banana, ginger and ice. Blend until ice is crushed and mixture is creamy and golden. Pour into tall glass and serve.
