Spicy Yogurt Marinade Recipe - Cooking Index
2 | Garlic cloves - minced | |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Minced fresh ginger |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Fresh lemon juice |
1/4 cup | 4g / 0.1oz | Chopped cilantro |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Curry powder |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Ground cumin |
1 cup | 237ml | Low-fat plain yogurt |
In large shallow glass bowl, whisk together all ingredients until smooth and well blended.
Add vegetables or other foods to be marinated, turning to coat.
If preparing ahead, store in airtight container in refrigerator up to two days. Stir well before using.
This recipe yields 1 cup.
