Super-Fast Smoothie

Serves: 4 people

Recipe Ingredients

2 cups 474mlSliced strawberries - (one-pint basket)
1   Ripe banana - peeled
1 cup 146g / 5.1ozChopped pitted peeled mango - (1 large)
1 cup 237mlStrawberry-flavored nonfat yogurt
  = (or soy yogurt)
8   Ice cubes
1 cup 237ml2% milk
  = (or soymilk)
4   Strawberries - for garnish

Recipe Instructions

Combine ingredients and blend until smooth. Pour into large glasses and garnish with whole strawberries.

This recipe yields 4 servings.
