Lime-Tahini Sauce Recipe - Cooking Index
This versatile mixture would also be nice on steamed vegetables, such as asparagus, or even spooned over rice or noodles.

1/4 cup | 59ml | Fresh lime or lemon juice |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Blond miso |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Scallions - finely chopped (medium) |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Salt |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Freshly-ground black pepper |
1 | Cayenne |
In blender or food processor, puree all ingredients and 1/4 cup water until smooth. If sauce is too thick, thin with a little more water or lime juice.
This recipe yields 1 cup.
