2 | Shallots - peeled, minced (small) | |
2 | Fresh Thai bird's eye chilies - (to 3) - seeded, minced | |
1 | Fresh ginger - (2" long) - peeled, minced | |
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Bragg Liquid Aminos |
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Fresh lime juice |
6 tablespoons | 90ml | Water |
5 tablespoons | 75ml | Granulated sugar |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Chopped fresh coriander or chives - for garnish |
Combine all ingredients, except fresh coriander or chives. Garnish and serve.
