Sweet And Sour Artichoke Hearts

Recipe Ingredients

2   Frozen artichoke hearts - (10 oz ea)
  = (or two drained 15-oz cans
  Non-marinated artichoke hearts)
1/3 cup 78mlApple juice
  Juice of 1 lemon - or to taste
2 tablespoons 30mlHoney - or to taste
1   Salt
1/4 cup 36g / 1.3ozChopped fresh parsley

Recipe Instructions

In a deep saucepan over medium heat, combine the artichoke hearts and apple juice; bring to a simmer. Stir in enough lemon juice and honey to achieve the desired sweet-sour taste. Add salt and simmer, uncovered, until liquid is reduced slightly.

Transfer to serving plate; sprinkle with parsley.

This recipe yields 8 servings.
