Tartar Sauce Recipe - Cooking Index
1 cup | 237ml | Mayonnaise |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Chopped capers |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Chopped cornichons |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Finely-chopped flat-leaf parsley leaves |
1/2 | Lemon - juiced | |
1 | Hot sauce |
In a small mixing bowl, combine all ingredients. Chill before serving to let the flavors marry.
This recipe yields about 1 1/4 cups
