3/4 cup 177mlChampagne vinegar
2   Shallots - minced
2 tablespoons 30mlCracked black peppercorns
1 tablespoon 15mlChopped chervil
1/2   Lemon - juiced

Recipe Instructions

In a small bowl whisk together all ingredients. Cover and chill 1 hour before serving with oysters.

This recipe yields 3/4 cup.
