Teriyaki Sauce Recipe - Cooking Index
1/2 cup | 118ml | Soy sauce |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Dark sesame oil |
2 | Oranges - juiced | |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Honey |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Minced peeled ginger |
1/2 cup | 73g / 2.6oz | Chopped scallion |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Minced garlic |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Sesame seeds - toasted |
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Refrigerate for 1 hour. May also be used as a great marinade for chicken, shrimp or beef.
This recipe yields 1 cup.
