Roasted New Potatoes Recipe - Cooking Index
2 lbs | 908g / 32oz | Red new potatoes |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Olive oil |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Dried oregano |
Salt - to taste | ||
Freshly-ground black pepper - to taste |
In a large bowl, coat potatoes with oil; sprinkle with oregano, salt and pepper.
Spread out on a baking sheet and bake in a 375 degree preheated oven for 30 to 40 minutes until golden.
