Roasted Garlic And Balsamic Marinade Recipe - Cooking Index
1/2 cup | 118ml | Balsamic vinegar |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Dry sherry |
2/3 cup | 157ml | Olive oil |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Strong brewed coffee |
6 | Garlic cloves - roasted | |
2 | Shallots - roasted | |
2 sections | Fresh rosemary | |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Fresh thyme |
2 | Bay leaves - crumbled | |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Kosher salt |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Cracked black pepper |
3 | New York strip steaks - (12 oz ea) |
Combine all ingredients in a non-aluminum mixing bowl. Pour into a zip-lock bag. Add the steaks and marinate for 4 to 5 hours in the refrigerator.
This recipe yields 1 1/2 cups.
