Remoulade Recipe - Cooking Index
2 cups | 474ml | Mayonnaise |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Cornichons or sour gherkins - minced |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Capers - minced |
1 | Garlic clove - minced | |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Chopped parsley |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Chopped tarragon |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Dijon mustard |
1 | Anchovy - minced | |
1 | Red pepper sauce |
Mix together all ingredients in a bowl. Refrigerate before serving.
Serve with cold seafood and vegetables.
This recipe yields approximately 1 cup.
