Herbed New Potatoes Recipe - Cooking Index
2 cups | 474ml | Water |
1 | New potatoes | |
2 | Bay leaves | |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Black peppercorns |
1 | Unsalted butter | |
1/3 cup | 13g / 0.5oz | Chopped flat-leaf parsley |
1/2 tablespoon | 7.5ml | Sea salt |
Pour water in a 3-quart saucepan. Add potatoes, bay leaves, peppercorns, butter, parsley and salt. Cover and simmer for 25 minutes or until fork tender.
This recipe yields 4 servings.
