3/4 cup | 109g / 3.8oz | Ricotta cheese - well drained |
6 oz | 170g | Goat cheese - room temperature |
1 cup | 146g / 5.1oz | Fresh herbs - chopped |
= (basil, parsley, thyme, marjoram) | ||
1 | Egg | |
Salt - to taste | ||
Freshly-ground black pepper - to taste | ||
Ravioli Dough - (see recipe) |
In a mixing bowl, thoroughly combine all ingredients. Chill in the refrigerator a few minutes to firm up the filling.
