Vegetable Potpourri

Recipe Ingredients

1   Prepared cheese sauce
1 tablespoon 15mlTabasco brand Pepper Sauce
3 lbs 1362g / 48ozOnions - diced, cooked
3 lbs 1362g / 48ozCarrots - sliced, cooked
3 lbs 1362g / 48ozGreen peas - cooked
6 lbs 2724g / 96ozGreen beans - cut, cooked
9 lbs 4086g / 144ozCauliflower - cooked
1 tablespoon 15mlGrated Swiss cheese - per serving
1 tablespoon 15mlButtered bread crumbs - per serving

Recipe Instructions

Combine cheese sauce, Tabasco brand Pepper Sauce, onions, carrots, peas, green beans, cauliflower.

Place 8 ounces of vegetable mixture in individual casserole. Sprinkle with Swiss cheese and bread crumbs.

Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes, or until sauce is bubbly and crumbs are lightly browned.

This recipe yields 50 (8-oz) servings.
