1 | Prepared cheese sauce | |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Tabasco brand Pepper Sauce |
3 lbs | 1362g / 48oz | Onions - diced, cooked |
3 lbs | 1362g / 48oz | Carrots - sliced, cooked |
3 lbs | 1362g / 48oz | Green peas - cooked |
6 lbs | 2724g / 96oz | Green beans - cut, cooked |
9 lbs | 4086g / 144oz | Cauliflower - cooked |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Grated Swiss cheese - per serving |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Buttered bread crumbs - per serving |
Combine cheese sauce, Tabasco brand Pepper Sauce, onions, carrots, peas, green beans, cauliflower.
Place 8 ounces of vegetable mixture in individual casserole. Sprinkle with Swiss cheese and bread crumbs.
Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes, or until sauce is bubbly and crumbs are lightly browned.
This recipe yields 50 (8-oz) servings.
