4 1/2 lbs | 2043g / 72oz | Lean ground beef |
1 1/2 cups | 93g / 3.3oz | Diced red onion - diced |
1 1/2 cups | 219g / 7.7oz | Diced green bell pepper |
1/3 cup | 78ml | Tabasco brand Green Pepper Sauce |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Dijon mustard |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Worcestershire sauce |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Salt |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Freshly-ground black pepper |
3/4 cup | 109g / 3.8oz | Shredded Monterey Jack Cheese |
12 | Sesame seed buns |
In large bowl, combine ground beef, onions, peppers, Tabasco brand Green Pepper Sauce, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt and black pepper. Mix well.
Divide mixture into 12 portions. Make an indentation in the middle of each burger. Fill center with 1 tablespoon Monterey Jack cheese. Cover cheese with hamburger so that cheese is concealed in the center.
Heat grill, cook burgers for 7 to 8 minutes on each side or until an internal temperature of 180 degrees is reached.
Serve on sesame seed buns with pickles and chips.
