Tomato Vinaigrette Recipe - Cooking Index
| 1 | Basic Vinaigrette - (see recipe) | |
| 2 cups | 125g / 4.4oz | Chopped tomatoes |
| 1 cup | 146g / 5.1oz | Chopped green pepper |
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Sugar |
Mix together all ingredients. Cover. Let stand at room temperature at least 12 hours before serving. Store in refrigerator.
This recipe yields about 1 gallon.
