Tomato Vinaigrette

Recipe Ingredients

1   Basic Vinaigrette - (see recipe)
2 cups 125g / 4.4ozChopped tomatoes
1 cup 146g / 5.1ozChopped green pepper
2 tablespoons 30mlSugar

Recipe Instructions

Mix together all ingredients. Cover. Let stand at room temperature at least 12 hours before serving. Store in refrigerator.

This recipe yields about 1 gallon.
